DO NOT GIVE YOUR CAT MILK! It is VERY difficult for them to digest, and it sounds like your cat is having stomach problems already. Take it to a vet, and keep it away from other pets! Froth could be a sign of rabies. Does your cat go outdoors? Are you in a part of NY with rats? TAKE IT TO THE VET!

Mary you must get your cat to a vet as soon as possible! If you can't afford a vet call your local humane society & see if they can help you. Treating a sick animal without a diagnosis is dangerous.
