Well, most probably people would answer 'bell'. I myself would answer that but I'll try this:

You said that 'behind the desk there is a bell, behind the desk is a teacher, what is the teacher's name?' Because you said there is a bell behind the desk then saying there is a teacher behind that desk, I suppose you'd expect 'us' to answer BELL. But, note that before the word 'bell', there is the letter 'a', making the 'bell' an object. Because, when you write 'Behind the door there is a ball', you would be stating that the ball was an object. However, if you wrote 'Behind the door there is Ball', you would be stating that 'Ball' was a person. Same goes for your riddle above. So, my answer is: I wouldn't know the teacher's name because you didn't write it in any way.

Under the Wagon?

A farm boy accidentally overturned his wagonload of wheat on the road. The farmer that lived nearby came to investigate.

"Hey, Willis," he called out, "forget your troubles for a while and come and have dinner with us. Then I'll help you overturn the wagon."

"That's very nice of you," Willis answered, "but I don't think Dad would like me to."

"Aw, come on, son!" the farmer insisted.

"Well, OK," the boy finally agreed, "but Dad won't like it."

After a hearty dinner, Willis thanked the host. "I feel a lot better now, but I know Dad's going to be real upset."

"Don't be silly!" said the neighbor. "By the way, where is he?"

"Under the wagon," replied Willis
