I love to play football at home and elsewhere! ...you can do this in the back garden quite easily. Altho not sure it's all that suitable for dancing..sorry. Probably go with aerobics as someone else suggested...Yoga will also keep you flexible for sure.
Keep the love xx

The best exercise equipment only cost $3.00. A jump rope. Just jump rope for 15 minutes a day. You will work out your arms, legs, timing, stamina, and balance. The only exercise better than jumping rope is swimming. But a pool cost over $5,000.

Gentle stretches, every morning and night. They'll help you to avoid injury, to work harder in the classes, and to achieve the positions with less hard work and less muscle soreness.

lay down on the floor and pull up the right leg and the left hand, and then change left leg with right hand. try to go faster as if you were swimming. that helps too. everything that makes your heart go faster will help.
