Immaculate Conception refers to the child being born without original sin. This is what the Virgin Mary IS. She is the Immaculate Conception.
Popes are not Immaculate and any child they fathered (which would be very BAD because they are not supposed to have sex ever) would be a regular person.

It can't because the pope can't just make a child come from nowhere. A woman has to be involved. And if there is, then it isn't immaculate conception.

Are you aware that, since God is the inventor of sex, he has condemned all of us to a life of sin? Of course, we could all strive to live a sinless live through celibacy, but then, why would He make it so delicious and therefore so tempting? Is he trying to make all of us sinners?

The child would be "illegitimate conception" a.k.a bastard.
The impact would be significant; there would be a moral decadent amongst the Catholics. Some would find a new religion that could preserves human values and free human kind from materialism, chronic moral decadent and godless society.
