Tons and Tons of crunches, walking exercise and just about anything that will use your stomach muscles. being on the back end of a motorcycle also builds stomach muscles too believe it or not. as you have to balance yourself with the driver
Its pretty interesting Sit ups and even the exercise ball bending over and back again as well you can lay down lift your feet off the ground about 6 inches from the floor and hold as long as you can.
Its lots of fun after you build up and then you can work up to 500 sit ups a day.

dont do crunchies! they wont do any benefit for you! pilates is the best exercise, you will be able to actually see and difference after doing it 5 times. Other people will see a difference in your body after 10 times, and you will have a whole new body after 20 times. its really amazing. It WILL flatten your tummy b/c it tightens your "core" muscles so it pulls your stomach in. crunchies will give you abs, but they wont "suck in" like they will w/pilates. Crunchies just builds the muscle outwards, so you can actually get bigger! (if you dont lose fat as well) You also,have to burn fat by eating less fat and working out (with your pilates or other cardio) b/c you have to have total body fat loss in order to "thin out". know what i mean? i hope this helps, good luck!

lie on your back and hold your stomach in as tight as it can go for thirty seconds, try crunches, or lie on your bed and slowly lift your legs up and down. if it makes your stomach muscles hurt, that's good it means they're working.

There is no way to target a specific area.
The equation to follow is: less food + more exercise = weight loss.
By toning your entire body, you will look more natural.

there is no "way" its different for everyone, some people are just lucky, some people do 300 crunches a night, but that doesn't always work. Please if you figure it out let me know : )
