You can know if you have believed and trusted that the Lord Jesus Christ died for your sins, He was buried and took your sins away and He rose again so you can stand just before God.
You should know that and believe that if not you need to do that today. Also if you have done that the Holy Spirit is dwelling in you and you are the temple of God. 1 Corinthians 3: 16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? Romans 8: 16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

When you ask Him to forgive you of all you have done wrong. You have to really be sorry for all your sins. Just ask Him to forgive you and come into your heart. Some people experience immediate joy and some don't. You are saved by God's Grace through His Son, Jesus Christ. You will know. You will be in my prayers tonight.

When you see changes in yourself. Especially if you study the word and see God making your life over to reflect the things He would have us do, the kind of people He would have us be, as described in the bible. When you feel peace, even in circumstances that would usually upset you. When you turn to God for every need. When your heart soars just at the thought of Him. When you pray and you know He hears and cares. All these things.

Jesus has always been in your live. It is up to you to accept him and "let him in" yours. Jesus is in your life, if he wasn't, you wouldn't be questioning if is was.

He does love you, as you are.
