I am sorry but there is no such thing. There is good and great BBQ all over KC...just like in Texas. Good bbq is a matter of taste. I prefer pulled pork because the sauce is all over the meat. Watch out for chopped beef because most places blend fat with it. Look for a darker brown color and ask if you have a wood preference. Here, we use mesquite a lot but oak, cherry, apple, pecan and others will give you a variety of flavors.
