First, there is no such thing as spot reduction. That is to say if you want to lose fat in one part of your body you have to excercise the whole body. There is also no way to lose weight overnight or in a week without starving yourself and making you look like a zombie.
Second, cut down on fat, sugar and salt. Dont worry about carbs...you need it to have energy to exercise.
Third, spread your meals. It's much better to eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
Fourth, exercise 3 - 4 times a week, 45mins - 1hr per session. Any exercise will do as long as you exercise your whole body and you sweat while doing it. Jumping rope is a good one and its ten times better than jogging. Light weightlifting is also good.
Fifth, get enough rest.
Sixth, browse the web for good nutrition tips.
Try this for at least 3 months and you will see good results. I did it.

Don't try to do it so fast! Diets are okay and everything, but they can decrease your metabolism, causing your body to conserve fat. What you really need is some long, slow aerobic exercise. Go for at least 12-15 minutes or more per day, and don't stop doing this once you get rid of the weight you want to get rid of. Another thing to keep in mind is that weight really isn’t the problem; fat is the problem. Weight and fat are NOT the same thing. Muscle actually weighs almost 7 times as much as fat. So don’t pay too much attention to your weight; instead pay attention to how thin you look and how good you feel.

first off...losing 15 lbs in two weeks is extremely unhealthy, and whatever weight you do lose will most likely be in water weight and not actual fat. Taking it slowly and losing only 1 to 2 lbs per week is MUCH healthier for your body.
Secondly, bread is not the best food to eat while dieting. Unless it is whole wheat, stay away from all enriched flour products (that includes white breads and pastas).
Drink lots of water and cut out soft drinks, replace calorie-rich snacks with negative-calorie foods such as apples, grapefruit, oranges, etc.
Eat a variety of fruits and vegetebales and take a multi-vitamin to ensure you are getting proper nutritional intake. Exercise daily (even if it's just a simple 30-minute walk) and you should begin to see results in a couple of weeks.

Do you have access to a treadmill, if so use it everyday for at least 1 hr( you can break this up into short time spans) or more, forget the bread, it will not help you lose weight. if you really need to lose weight in this time( not easy or a good idea) eat heaps of fruit and veg, drink heaps of water, try small rice meals for dinner. try and eat your main meal at lunch and a small meal at night. don't snack at all between meals. i hope you do well, it is a hard goal you've set yourself. remember to keep up a healthy eating and exercise program after your 2 weeks and you will be able to maintain a healthy body for ever.
