Look under Vehicle License & Registration for the State you are looking at, or look for the DOT - Dept. of Transport for that State... the names vary...

yes there is go to the bmv in your state and as type in to the address bar
bmv/what ever state and city and you will fine the zone good,luck

JUST WRITE DMV IN YOUR SEARCH BAR PLUS WHATEVER STATE YOU NEED AND YOU WILL GET THE RIGHT ANSWER, I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE ONE YOU NEED BUT YOU DID NOT SAY WHAT STATE YOUR ARE FROM.

DMV is a state program so you'd have to search each individual state and every state has their own rules.

i am not sure, but in michigan it called "secretary of state"
down south, i believe it's called "DMV- Department of motor vehicles"
