a truth is a lie when its not the whole truth, just enough that really happened to answer the question. lots of people know this "phenomena", sorry :)

I will give you a very stuffy intellectual PRAGMATIC answer. By definition truth is never a lie. By definition a lie is never truth. You are what is called a psuedo-intellectual. Psuedo-intellectuals almost always trip up on their Sphomoric egos. A true intellectual knows and understands the term "mutually exclusive". The two statements you posted in your Sphomoric psuedo intellectual style mutually exclude each other, Truth can not be a lie and a lie can not be truth. Talk of a paradox or mysterious phenomena are just psuedo intellectual drivel. Is that over your head Buddy Boy? Some how I expect it certainly is.
"Mutually exclusive" Buddy Boy........look it up and memorize it because if you ever take a course in Philosophy, Logic or Even Economics it will be a test question.
