From an exercise standpoint there are a few different things we catagorize in fitness. There's: Aerobic Fitness (Cardio) Anaerobic Fitness (Strength Training) Endurance Flexibility Mobility Stability That's a basic standpoint, other people could give you a different list, but this is a pretty good one. Fitness goals (weight loss, body fat loss) are a whole different area.
