it is something like 561203120FYYH.... too long. When i tried to delete it it said , Access Denied

I have tried in Windows command-prompt mode. Still cannot be deleted. Somehow windows does not allow me to delete it

Why do you want to delete the folder? If the folder contains something that is in use by the system, you will not be able to delete it. You can probably delete it in safe mode, by pressing F8 while your computer is booting. However, it sounds as though some program is using it (spyware maybe?) and it could cause bad things to happen.

Start up Windows in Safe Mode and then delete it.

Be careful not to delete something that is critical to windows. If it isnt too big, I would just leave it.

Try right click properties see if it is checked read only. uncheck box save and then delete. Also try changing name and saving then delete.
