The best way to deal with it is to understand that it is a natural emotion but a very negative one. If you work on accepting and liking yourself for who you are, jealousy will not play a large role in your life because you will not need to compare your self with others or worry about losing someone to someone else, if you have extreme jealousy problems, you should seek professional help

When you have a healthy self-esteem jealousy doesn't come into play very often.

Everybody gets an occasional twinge of jealousy but it shouldn't last too long and it shouldn't make you react negatively.

no there's not because it's the meaning of life every budy gets a lettle jealous but all you have to do is just act like you don't care and pretty soon that person well come back to you but if you do act like you really care than that person well say that it's working any more questions you can write back.

Yes, its called apathy. If he is your "best friend" and not boyfriend why would you care anyway? It sounds like you are just dragging him along, and he needs a girlfriend, not a buddy. If you want him, tell him. Don't toy with him.

If jealous feelings are interfering with your daily life, therapy can help. A therapist will be able to help you talk out your feelings. once you understand them, you can control them better.

There is no cure. You should find someone better than them to avoid that feeling instead.
