There's nothing healthy in the drink in Starbucks. The people
working in Starbucks just follow the business rules of trying
to make more money, as long as the drinks sells good. There's
more sugar added to the drinks than you find in any local
coffee shop.
By the way, the healthiest drink is plain boiled water kept in
your kitchen at home!

calorie wise...a regular drip coffee. Any Frappuccino is at least 200+ calories EVEN the LIGHT ones, and the espresso beverages with syrups and what not aren't good for you either. You could use non-fat milk and sugar-free syrups to cut it down but regular drip coffee is still way better for you. Going better than that...How about a cup of water...but you don't need a Starbucks for that.
Another choice: a solo or doppio (one or two) espresso. Since it's just a highly concentrated shot of coffee there aren't many calories there either.
Maybe a hot tea or iced tea without any sweetener.
Hope this helps.

Iced tea with no sugar. They'll look at you funny, but heck, that's why they're there.
