I'm 24, have two kids, bf'd the second one, my boobs are the same way. Saggy and gross. I describe them as deflated too ;)

I don't think there is a way to get them back to the way they once were, not without surgery.

I'm in the same boat as everyone!! :) My husband still appreciates my boobs though, fortunately.
Mine sag bad! I nursed both my kids, one over a year, and one for 7 months. I just always accepted the fact that my body was no longer mine any more. I've had kids, and I'm not only a 23 year old wife, but I'm a mommy, and I have all the stretch marks and saggy boobies to prove it! :) It was all worth it.
Get a good bra, so at least you look good with clothes on! :) Do some pec exercises to bulk up a bit, and then see what you are left with.
All else fails, surgery...I may have to do this later in life, when I get into shape and lose my baby weight. We shall see...good luck!

I'm 27 have 2 kids breastfed both-1st one 13months..2nd one 6 months... I went from a 34b to a full C cup and once I dried up I lost it all...and then some! I make jokes with my friends and tell them I should be on the cover of National Geographic!! All jokes aside, it really upsets me. I hate my husband looking at them. Hell, I hate looking at them. Never had a nice rack...and now I'm just repulsed by them. There really is nothing you can do...they say exercise? No, sorry. No amount of excerice is gonna get rid of saggy, stretched out boobs. You are not going to get the results you want anyway. You might build muscle and it could help "mask" the problem I guess. Your skin has stretched too much and too fast. There are no exercises to fix "Hanging skin" I think the only way to get the desired look you want is to go under the knife. I am. When I can afford it. It has nothing to do with insecurities or anything....They just look plain awful! I feel for you. It really sucks. The only good thing that came out of my destroyed looking boobs is my 2 beautiful healthy kids. ANd I would do it over and over again in a heart beat...

Sweetie, you are not alone. I am 45. My breasts were "deflated" after my second child. It is from lactation, not breast feeding. Even if you had bottle fed from day one, your milk came in and dried up. Your breasts stretched to accomodate and then sagged. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to get them back into shape. You can work out and strengthen the muscles behind them, but breast tissue is not muscular. Your best bet is to buy yourself a couple of good support bras. Make sure they are pretty and comfortable. They will help you feel better because you will look better to yourself. Never mind what anyone else thinks. You must learn to love who you are now and you will end up feeling better about how you look.

Oh no, it's not just you. I'm just now pregnant with my first child, and am 27. Let me tell ya, the bones creak, gravity has taken over, and my hips... well, let's just say you can't miss 'em.

If you have children, you're going to have to come to terms with the fact that your body will change... and will probably never be the same. There are certain upper-body exercises that you can do to whip "the twins" back into shape, but you may never be quite what you were before the babies came along. Just be happy with your family, your children, your health, and your life. Gravity will take each of us at some point, and we can't turn back the time clock on everything. And why would we want to? Every wrinkle we get is a happy or sad experience we've lived through. Aging isn't so bad. And anyone who tells you it is has to be kidding themselves.

How your breasts change during a pregnancy is related to genetics, skin elasticity and amount of weight gain. Avoidance of smoking and excessive sun exposure can help the skin to retain its elasticity.
Breastfeeding often gets blamed for the sagging of breasts. Actually, it is pregnancy and not nursing that affects the shape and size of your breasts. Breasts can start drooping a little at any age, because they do NOT have muscles in them. You need to work-out your chest area. Do butterflies and use free-weigths as well.

i know how you feel. after 2 kids my breasts are in terrible condition! it can be from breastfeeding but mostly it's from getting milk at all. when i was lactating, i went from a 34B to I don't even know how large but the 42DD nursing bra did not fit me! stretching that much breaks down the breast tissue, and makes them sag. there is no way to get back your pre-pregnancy breasts, but i think surgery would be unwise. when your skin is saggy the implant looks very fake.

I don't know about getting your breasts back in shape, but I would suggest start wearing sexy clothes and heels. The way you dress can help you feel more like a 25 year old!

It's the same if you gained a lot of weight in other parts of your body, the skin stretched to accommodate, then you lost that weight. The skin is going to sag. I don't know how much sagging you have, but just as exercise will firm and tone saggy skin from extreme weight loss, exercise will firm your breasts as well.

A push-up supportive bra will prevent further sagging and make them look better but as a mom of 4 mine also droop and look like "eggs over easy" lol when I lie down.I think it's hereditary & surgery is this only way to reinflate them.
