Kak = How (no Genus, i.e. Neutral, Masculine, Feminine)

Kakoj = Which (Masculine)
Kakoj stol? ("Which table?")

Kakaja = Which (Feminine)
Kakaja lampa? ("Which lamp?")

Kakoe = Which (Neutral)
Kakoe okno? ("Which window?")

Follow the links for the full declension:
http://www.multitran.ru/c/m.exe?a=ShowMorphology&t=41692_2_1
which shows Nominative-Genitive-Dative-Accusative-Instrumental-Locative forms for the Masculine, then Feminine, then Neutral, then (common) Plural.

By the way, you should generally use http://www.multitran.ru , it offers the best translation, grammar help, conjugations, declensions, etc.

Good luck with your homework, and be courageous: Russian is hard but it is a beautiful language!
