Hi - It is strange that you ask this question. I just stopped drinking coke, it wasn't intentional, and I only drank 1 to 1 1/2 bottles (20oz) a day. I started drinking the sugar free mixes you put in water. I havn't had a soda in 29 days, and I have not changed anything else in my diet, and I have lost 14.5 pounds. Doesn't that seem crazy??? So, yes, it can work. Good luck!!!

You can not effectively lose 30 lbs in a month with no need bad penalties...an excessive amount of weight reduction can motive a wide variety of disorders if performed too rapidly. I misplaced 35 in a month and a part earlier than and my hair began falling out... Soda honestly can motive alot of weight obtain notably for those who drink the soda with sugar. Even vitamin soda is not well for you regardless that...I might suggest making an attempt Crystal Light, decreasing energy and doing a minimum of a few gentle recreation. Try to not consume after 9pm...

If you think about the amount of calories in two sodas per day eliminating them should lead to weight loss if you don't replace them with something just as bad. Consider drinking diet Cola for a month or two and see what happens.

To lose one pound (on average) per week, one must burn 3500 calories more per week than one consumes (500 calories per day). So if you cut out two cans per day, that takes out 240 calories. If you exercise to burn 260 calories a day, then yes, you should theoretically lose weight.
I vowed off soft drinks and lost about 5 pounds...so it does work to an extent. But even if it doesn't result in 10 lbs., getting off soft drinks (all that sugar) will make you feel more energized...so do it anyway! You will definitely feel better!

Soda is not the best thing to be drinking a lot of in general. Try replacing the habit. I slowly changed over to lemon/lime flavored seltzer. Other that that there's nothing like a great cold glass of water for thirst. The sugar in sodas just makes you more thirsty.

Of course it will. If you look at soda bottle it has 100-200 or more calories in it. Drink water it has 0 calories.

Of course! Most pop contains about 120 calories. Switch to diet drinks sweetened with Aspertame (Equal).

Yes, as long as you don't eat or otherwise add the calories contained in the sodas. Add some exercise, and watch the calories in the other foods you eat.
