yes I totally think she should be allowed to have them, as at the time they did discuss freezing the eggs only, but he agreed to fertilise them, if he had fathered a child that was now alive and breathing would he want it terminated because they are no longer together I think not, just because the embryo is not living and breathing it is still a child created by him....

If man would stop playing God, we wouldn't have to put up with these scenarios. Does she even know how long she has to live? Why would someone bring a child into the world, just to abandon it? There was a time when some men couldn't produce sperm and some women couldn't produce eggs and those people couldn't produce babies. Why the hell couldn't we just have let nature be?

Yikes! That's a toughie. I guess if he had any morals he would allow her to have the child, seeing as it is her only chance. He could give up all parenting rights if chooses and have nothing to do with her or the child. No matter what, that is one messed up situation!!

I think this is terrible for what ever reason they split, I don't understand, why he is denying her the right to have children. I bet one day he fathers children and I hope he truly understands what he has denied her, as if it wasn't bad enough having cancer, to have this snatched away is truly awful.

I think she should be able to use them as long as she agrees never to sue him for child support. He should go ahead and let her have the fertilized eggs.

From what I hear from all the anti-abortion people out there, she can adopt a baby they are all over the place, just waiting to be adopted.
