palm cooking spray problems?

Is there any health problems with the Pam cooking spray (or any other such products that contain silicone)?

It is only vegetable oil, and doesn't have any silicone in it. A fine misting of cooking spray has a lot less calories than a blob of oil or a pat of butter, so it''s actually a healthier way to cook.
