i assume, like everyone else, that you are talking about a mime. of course the cop would have to mirandize him. (maybe thats too big of a word for you? it means to read him his rights). if he doesnt, the cop could get in biiig trouble. and mimes arent mute, you idiot. they can talk if they wanted to.
