The best thing to use to remove gum from the hair is baby oil. Squirt the affected area and allow a couple of minutes for the gum to soften, then use your fingernails to slide the gum down the hair strand. It can be painstaking but it definately works. Also you will not have to cut it out. You may need to add more oil as you work. After you are finished, a couple of shampoos will take out the oil. Good Luck

Put an ice cube on the gum and get it cold then ease it out. If all fails, you might have to cut the gum out.

Ice it and pick it out, or I would use baby oil, lube the hair up and slid the gum right out. Works like a charm. Good luck!!

Ice, rub ice on it until the gum gets hard, then pick it out, you should get most of it that way , also peanut butter, mayonaisse or vegetable oil all three of these lubricate and loosen
DONT cut it unless nuttin else works!

Peanut Butter worked really well for me. Hope it does for you. Oh and don't cut your hair unless that is the very last option. Good luck!

Goo Gone works really well. Vegetable oil is also very helpful. Don't use rubbing alchohol if you have drier hair.
