When i try to open it, it starts to eat all cpu.

Because ie detects that you are using the old version of windows, so it slows down your system completely so that you get frustrated and eventually it will damage the processor in your computer so you will have to buy a new one with windows vista in it.





well the real answer is that it could either be a problem with a particular website which has too many graphics that eats up the whole cpu
or
ie is corrupted, try re-installing it.
