One of ten vertebrae may have a bulging disc. This leads to a pinch nerve. You should have a hot to cold (sensations) running down you leg, into your toes.

See an orthopedic doctor, he'll give you x-rays to start with then scans. Good luck

It could be a kidney infection. Or if the pain goes down you leg also it is scatica. That is a nerve in your back that is injured.
If you develop more symptoms. (like the feeling to urinate more then it is more than likely your kidneys. If still in pain tomorrow check with your doctor or go to the ER

the way you sit. do you have a curve in your back when you sit, or do you sit up straight? i used to have pain in my lower back and i noticed when i sat, my back was curved over. so try sitting up straight.
