im in highschool so its not like im an old man or little kid trying to do to much.

No matter how old you are you shouldn't lift weights in the same places everyday, you need to give your muscles some rest to repair themselves so you don' t pull a muscle. Lift weights every other day and do cardio the other days.

No. You should however stick to lifting weights every other day. YOu need to give your body and muscles a break, So I suggest that you lift on MOnday, Wed, Friday and Sunday. Or Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. But even if you don't feel it ( pain) you will feel it the next day if you do it again. Work on your arms one day and your legs another and so on. DOn't over do it !!

No. Every other day or even just twice a peek is much better for you and gives much better results regardless of your age.

No, your muscles need to rest so you should life weights about every other day so that you would not overwork them.

You risk stunting your growth.... I wouldn't lift any weight until after your done growing.

As long as you stay hydrated and don't strain yourself and stretch you should be fine.
