I would go to www.coca-colacorporate.com, there is a bar at the top of that site~contact us. There will be a picture of a guy telling you to type your question there. I think that they have the "contact us bar" on any/all of their sites. This just happened to be the first one I came up with.
If you would rather talk to someone on the phone look up coca-cola or c-c bottling, if they're in your area they should have number in the phone book or call info. to get a # .

i know that problem all to well there should be a 1-800# on the can or 12 pack that you bought the number is there for questions and comments. good luck

go to their site and click "contact us" and send them an email. I emailed GLAD cuz their stupid bags kept breaking on me and they sent me a coupon for free bags! Saved me $20!
