well first of all you can get disciplined and start changing one thing at a time. If you quit having so many drunken weekends you might get some more sleep and have more time to do the things that you have to do during the week to catch up. You can join a gym and take some classes with the gym so you might feel healthier and motivated to quit smoking. THE main thing here is motivation. Its hard to see a life commited to that and plans dont work out for me, but just do it as often as you feel you can right now and mabye the rest will just fall into place afterwards. I have the same problem with my lifestyle except the drunken nights, but just choose to do things differently and you will succeed.

well actually there are so many things you can do that would certainly make you feel better.

1- faith. you have to believe in something!!
and being a moslem i truely recommend that you try to look more into islam and read books about it and go to islamic centers in your state and they sure can help you. and believe me dont get your impression about islam from the media only or from a group of people that do not represent islam.trust me on that one!!! you wont loose anything if you try that.

2- follow a good diet with no alcohol or at least very little of it and no smoking. also exercise daily for 15 minutes at least . do some walking or run or do aerobics. this will make u feel better, have more energy, and sleep well.

3- make good positive friends. good friends that are positive and have a successful and balanced life would certainly make you become a better person and incourge you to become better.

4- help others!! this is really a huge issue.because i totally believe that when you help others you become very happy yourself. help the needy, do charity work , or voulnteer in some useful activity.

5- live the day as if it is your last day in the world.if you do that you will take advantage of every moment in a good way.

6- last but not least, i wont tell you work hard and feel successful or communicate with your family or be kind to others or make new decorations in your place to make you feel better or do a new thing in your life .you know all that!! but i just wanna wish you a happy and great life and the first and easiest way for a better life is to have faith!! and the second is being positive and active and believe me things will get brighter and brighter!! good luck...

Well, there is no miracle cure if that is what you're looking for. Start small. Stop the drinking...when you accomplish that, start on the nicotine, bad sleep and so on. It will take discipline, but nothing that you can't beat. Find positive addictions to fill in these gaps, like exercise, music, arts, etc. I used to drink alot more, and I've replaced that with reading. It can be done.

be glad you can afford alcohol, and ciggarettes and a bed to sleep in
a lot of people cant afford that and are starving be thankfull for what u do have if u are bored with your life, then get a life, become a volunteer, join a club, read, go for nature walks, spend time with your family, think about others and not so much yourself you may enjoy life more life has lots to offer, take advantage of it sounds like you are in a rut and need to get out of it i don't mean to sound cruel but cannot feel sorry for ablebodied people that complain about their life go to a hospital or psychiatric hospital spend some time there as a volunteer then u will see what it is like to have real problems ps booze does not help good luck hope this motivates you

Get involved in something social...be it church or some type of mental health/AA kinda group(s)...

Keep busy with people. Because I bet most of what you do is by yourself. Invite people into your life and let them mold you!
