If the sea level rises 100m, Florida will cease to exist, Louisiana is pretty much gone (barring massively improved levee system), and the entire Eastern coast of the U.S. is inundated. California's topography should protect it, assuming you are in the hills and not on a coastal flood plane. The southern part of the UK will be an archipelago, along with northern France. The entire nation of Holland will simply vanish, assuming they don't build better levees too. You will find this site useful for planning your next move:

Although it will take a while to get this bad. Still, don't buy Florida real estate for long term value...

Hi. The highest levels predicted are about 300 feet above present levels, so I would shop for property at the 320 foot above sea level range. For your great-grand children, of course.
