If you're a young person and first noticing this problem, then just be sure to shower regularly and get a good deodorant to use regularly.
If this is a problem that has suddenly gotten worse for some reason, check your stress level. After I started meditating and doing some intensive stress reduction, the pungency of my BO decreased a lot, making a natural deodorant useable instead of a harsh antiperspirant. If a natural deodorant won't work, I think you should work on reducing your stress. No odor isn't natural, it just shouldn't be offensive. And of course, shower or bathe daily.

Part of your odor has to do with your diet. Speak to your doctor to find out what is creating the offensive odors -- or what diet could work for you.
Meanwhile, instead of an antiperspirant you might want to consider an underarm deodorant that reduces odors.

Your name is Charles, so I'll assume you're a man. You'll probably hate me for suggesting this, but the best deodorant out there for a man or woman is Secret Platinum w/Olay Conditioners. It works! Other options are Kiehl's deodorant, but it's a creme, so it tends to be messy. Then there's Tom's of Maine, a great and effective natural deodorant.

It's easy! all you need to do is get some anti-perspirant. after you take a shower dry your under-arms really good, and then put on the anti-perspirant. my husband uses one called Right Guard
Sport. it smells really good too! but be sure to get anti-perspirant, and not just deodorant. deodorant alone will only cover up the smell, but actual anti-perspirant fights the bacteria that cause odor, and also blocks wetness, and it contains deodorant too. now all you have to do is pick the one that smells good to you!

A product with sulfur in it may help, but many clinics offer a cosmetic procedure to eliminate body odor. Botox may be the answer. Yes, it may sound crazy but it is real. Visit the site below.
