your journey with God. Not necessarily a diary to be written in daily, but a journal for you and only you to look back on to see how God has worked in your life.

I keep a dream journal for when I exercise the Vissudha. I do not know if that would be called a "spiritual journal", though...

I 've just answered that question in reference.. though I have no idea as to what it is, except that I'm keeping my bible for 16 long years with texts underlined or have other texts marked beside them on comparisons of same issues/topics... and I assure you it works tremendously !! as with journals , there is always more than one answer to a question ...God Bless

What a beautiful question, thank you........
For me, my spiritual journal consists of my most deepest feelings, experiences, and lessons both ethereal or intrinsic in nature. Its my truth only for now.
love will tell you what to write...........listen to your inter self there you will know what to write.........its the higher aspect of ourself.
No matter how you start, you will end up in another place....make it your journal not somebody else.

Whatever you want to. Here are some things that I know people put in them.
Things they learned from the Bible.
Thoughts they had that they felt like God gave them.
Answers to prayer.
Prayer requests.
