I would suggest AUTHENTIC ramen from a ramen shop or some Japanese restaurant near you. Of course, if you have to have it out of the package, I guess you can just add two egg whites after you make it. So, just cook the ramen, add the seasoning, and stir. Then, just add two egg whites. Don't stir those until they take form or else you'll only get little pieces of egg whites. I personally hate egg yolk (a lot of cholesterol, and I don't like the taste), so I just toss those.

Ingredients
1 can of turkey gravy, about a cup
1 package of beef noodles
salt, pepper, and olive oil
water
3 veggies, (I used half green pepper, cup of broccoli and about eight mini carrots)
1 tomato.
Cook the noodles in water in the microwave for 1.5 minutes, so that they arn’t soggy, but firm and mallible. Drain. In a sauce pan cook the veggies, minus the tomato. Add some olive oil to coat. Start the heat and when it is really hot add a cup of water, salt, and pepper. let the veggies cook down and when there is a little water left in the bottom of the pan, add the beef seasoning. When that is mixed in, add a can of turkey gravy, bring to a simmer. Serve this mixture over the noodles and chopped up tomato. Can feed two people or one. Pictured is half of the dish.

This may not help tonight but I make my own ramen. I buy rice or buckwheat noodles at the chinese grocery and then cook any mix of frozen veg, meat or shrimp and the noodles in chicken, beef or veg stock. That way I can choose exactly what combo I want. It tastes better too.

boil the noodles as usual but w/o adding the seasoning packet.
Once that is done drain the water. Put some oil in a skillet and add some veggies that you like. Add the noodles then sprinkle the seasoning powder over it . add a lil soy sauce and green onion if you have it available. Eat like this or change the flavor by adding curry powder and a lil garlic to the mix.

Only use half the packet of seasoning so it isn't so salty. When the noodles are done drain the water until the noodles are just barely covered by water. Then add a whole egg or two. Stir until egg has cooked in noodles. Serve.

Make the noodles, but don't add the seasoning. Drain them and put them in a frying pan with put up mushrooms. Add half the seasoning packet. Cook until the noodles turn crispy and the mushrooms are thoroughly cooked.

Go to Wendy's and get a couple of cups of chili. Pour them over the noodles, and voila, bon appetit..(leave the ramen seasoning out).

Are you talking Top Ramen? My friend empties a can of chili in it after it's cooked. Not bad.
