what grade level is it best to start looking ahead at future career options?

Getting to know about world of work starts in first grade if not sooner. Super that use to be big name in Career Development said one should start in eight grade to look at career development, but all the tools won't be available because, interest inventories don't firm up till later years in high school, as soon as you need to start making class selections you should know pro and cons about selections you will make and how they effect future selections in life.

As soon as you start thinking about it. Grade level is irrelevant.
