They are both Beemans and .22s, ones a GS950 or a SS1000

Go with the GS, and by the way, Beeman is just the importer.
Both of these guns are made in Spain. If you want a good gun from Beeman go with the "R" series or the "HW's." Both of these guns are made by Weihrauch, the difference is the "R" series are made FOR Beeman and the HW's are Weihrauch. I have both, and if you want one of the best in top of the line "adult" air guns go with one of the best in the market, and by the way Daisy can't even compare to the quality and performance. Just look at the numbers as far as velocity. (feet per second)
Iv'e been shooting "adult" air guns for several years now and all of my rifles are either German or English made. American air rifles just can't come close to quality or performance.
Do yourself a favor, spend the extra $ and buy quality because I can tell you now that GS spring in that gun won't last long.
Go here and check out what real air guns look like, and don't choke on the prices, you get what you pay for.

Here is another brand you might like, Benjamin air rifles are very strong and well made.
I used to hunt squirrels, rabbits, doves and quail with them, they died instantly when I shot them but other air rifles caused me to have to follow them for a ways before they died.
