No, it's not a sign of breast cancer. A year after I had my daughter, the same thing happened to me. It could be a glandular thing. My doctor did tests to make sure I didn't have a problem with my pituitary gland. When she was sure my pituitary was not the issue, she explained that even so long after having a baby, one's breasts can by stimulated enough to produce milk.

You will have milk in your breasts for up to and even after a year. Its not Brest cancer relax. If it becomes a bother ask your doctor but it really is normal after you have a baby to have milk leaking even after a year. my youngest is going to be 2 in December and I think my breasts stopped leaking when he was about 16 or 17 months old, but only if I squeezed it out. Wrap your self up in an ace bandage around the breast area that will help it dry up and try not to stimulate the nipple if you can help it.

My daughter was born in June of 2002 and i didnt stop breastfeeding until a year later in 2003. My milk didnt stop until early 2005. I even know some women who even spontaniously lactate even if they havent had children. I'm pretty sure your fine but if your worried get it checked out.

You are still in the post-partum stages.Unless you are breastfeeding,it'll probably leak a little here and there until the baby is 6 months old.
