i have a '98 nissan altima, and i am suffering the same problem the difference might be in the bearing or the miles i have 250 k on mine but at 15-20 mph i would get a sqeul it dosnt stop when i hit the brakes only continue at the sound after vigorous research and replacment of cv axles(they needed it) it still happened my next step is the bearings at the front told by many of mechanics.........

Wats wid da wd 40 ?? Hub caps might rattle they don't squeak.
If I had squeak I would look maybe at brakes ?? maybe wheel bearing ??. Hubcaps don't need wd 40

My friends scion did this but it turned out just to be a rock inside the cap. Did you take it off and check? You might need a new cap.

its probably not the hubcap.. its probably the rim... which is probably bent if its sqeaking because its bent... is it an after market rim? or stock?... if after market make sure you have the hub rings... if its stock.. its probably just a bent rim and in that case you will just have to buy a new rim

LOL
I was thinking the same thing about the WD40
maybe it's your brakes squealing
check your pads, they may be worn or damaging the rotor

The metal it moving when the wheels flex. I guess you need to get them tighter so they don't move, bend your tabs a little. if you can.
