I don't know what to do, I wanna wait but then I am seeing other oppurtinities with others, please help!

Can I ask you how you know you will be able to tell her in three years? The rest of the question made sense but that kinda changed everything.
No one can predict, especially to any amount of years when someone will be their selves again after having brain damage.
Anyway....without that factor, visit with her in the hospital or wherever she is and just talk to her, tell her how much that date meant you. No one truly knows what one can hear, even in a coma....

You have a dilemma, but the fact that you spent one weekend with her, may have blinded you to the fact that their are other girls, who could be as valuable in your life. When she returns to a state that she is ready for you to speak, and your situation and heart are the same, than speak to her. If you find that someone else has entered your life, and you can not really say that you feel then, the way you do now, than hold a fond memory of a pleasant weekend.

ypu should be there for her visit her talk to her maybe she can understand you anyway. but three years is a long time, don't completely dismiss other operetunities maybe one day she will recover and you will be able to pursue a relationship with her

If you oppurtunity for others, that's ok, go with the path that is insight.

IF you and she were ment to be, IT WILL BE.
