That is a loaded question. In my experience I got into a relationship that I knew wouldn't work out because I simply had to have that man.
I had never experienced attraction that strong and I would have wondered all of my life what it would have been like if I didn't attempt to get him.
I got what I wanted, the man.

You have to be real with yourself. Do you want the relationship or do you want to quench the heat of the lust?

It's all relative.

u kno. i just asked the same question
why , when relationships are sposed to be used to build love, trust, communiation and all those other things.. not just to be abused. Why not just be friends or with benefits. instead of putting that title onto it and becoming a jealous psycho lover?
hmm the world may never know
its a total waste of time to me, to get into a relationship i know might only last for 5 months

It just may be comfortable--something they are used to. We humans are reluctant to change--that is why you will see men and women with partners that are similar to previous ones.

Some people just feel better when they are in a relationship.

Alone=lonely, when you aren't comfortable with yourself.
