My guess is that you are probably both pretty young, yes? (probably too young to truly be in love after three months, but that's a separate issue) If you both really like each other, why not kiss him? If he freaks out or is bad at it, then you'll know it's time to either back off or find someone who likes to kiss.

Going together for 3 months is a bit soon for "love" and it sounds like you are really young and new to the dating and kissing thing. Making out isn't what its cracked up to be.

why on earth would a boyfriend not want to kiss a girlfriend that he's been with for only 3 months? that's probably the first thing a guy would like to give his new girlfriend. he should be very excited about it.

hey i hope he's not gay. because that's the only answer entering my mind right now.

well, maybe he doesn't know how to kiss. He might be afraid that you'll laugh at him or point out that he can't kiss. the only thing i can say is talk to him about the kissing thing and see what he says!

Does he have any diseases he's trying to get cleared up 1st. If not how about you make the move. He's probably nervous that it might lead somwhere that he's not ready for, Just chill.

ima go out on a limb and say religion. Depending on what religion he is, he might not be aloud to. If thats not it, he's just never done it before, and doesn't know how. Try to comfort him, and let him relax

How old is he? He's probably just nervous. It'll happen when the time is right.
