According to my college anatomy book, there are no harmful effects from cracking your knuckles. You can NOT get arthritis...

I certainly have been cracking my knuckles(merely my hands) for 25 years now and that i'm beginning up to notice my hands no longer working extremely besides as they used to. Idk if this using cracking or merely becoming older-i'm purely 33. i might propose attempting to end yet i be attentive to that's difficult. good luck.
