Do you mean smoky eyes? I've found that using dark eyeshadow with a wet shadow applicator works best. Use regular eyeliner, then smudge the eyeshadow on over it, and blend it out a bit. Less is more so start out with a little and put more on if you have to.

Try using black eyeliner on the inside rims of both eyelids. Just be care full. Then smudge.

Use a lighter shade and go easy on the eye liner - try using a brown shade rather than black.

apply darkest black mascara and black eyeliner. maybe top it off with a little black eyeshadow. don't make the eyeshadow too blacky looking.

try not to apply too dark..just make it light and try not make it look too much
