Yes, I think you're making it worse. Don't use olive oil with lotion if you have acne. If you're dry, use an oil-free moisturizer (lots of good ones at the drug store that aren't real expensive). Keep your face as clean as you can. If you use hair products like mousse or shine-enhancing serums, try to keep your hair off of your face. They have oil in them as well. Wash your face with a simple product that has some salacylic acid in it -- that will kill the bacteria on your skin and help clear it up. And use your hands instead of a washcloth. Washcloths can harbor lots of bacteria, too. Dry your face with a clean towel and try to keep your pillow case as clean as possible by changing it frequently.

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

What causes acne is an over production of the sebaceous glands. Ducts become inflammed and a pimple results. Horomones are the number one cause of acne, almost 90% of cases results from hormonal inbalances. Give it time and just wash your face with a sensitive face wash such as clearasil or cetaphil. Proactiv sucks *** I think it just makes acne worse.

Yes, you probably are making it worst. Acne is caused by bacteria and oil of course. Try biore acne scrub, or one of the neutrogena products. Ofcourse the quality of product counts for alot, but consistency is definitely key. Better yet, go to your dermatologist and have him prescribe something for you.

I am pretty sure that Olive Oil would clog your pores. And if they didn't all of the dirt that would cling to it definitely wouldn't help.
I would invest in some real moisturizer made for your face.

YES! All the pimple remover items out there on the market use some form of alcohol as to dry out the pimple... oil will do the opposite which is what you DONT want to do. Keep that oil away!
