I know a lot of men are players, but it seems that a man who would hold a woman in his arms without kissing or touching her sexually must feel something for her...
Also he has said "I like you as a person, in addition to wanting you." a couple of weeks ago.
We don't see each other for a while and then he says "my feelings for you haven't changed." and holds me close to him.
What do you think,
player, or falling?

It sounds to me like he is a real gentlemen but you should hold out for a while because i have 4 brothers who uses this approach to get some and sometimes it works. Sometimes the women think that they are such gentlemen for not trying anything and fall right into the trap.

This man is openly telling you that he doesn't want a relationship with you. I don't care if he was licking you from head to toe. He is telling you what he wants and doesn't want. He is holding you in his arms (without kissing or touching you sexually) because he is getting you warmed up for sex, simpleton.

He means it. If he was just after sex he wouldn't be back without getting it the first time. Some men use women for sex.
Then some really want a lasting relationship. They respect the girl and want it to be permanent.

Falling. You two have obviously had more than the physical goin on. So he see's you in a different light. And see's that it's more to your relationship than that. I'm in a similar situation. My guy and I are "friends w/benefits". We both know it's something there. But since we aren't ready to put a "label" on anything, we just let it flow.

why don't you just ask him? or you can plainly tell him that you are not going to have sex with someone unless you are in a committed long term relationship, if he sticks around he is for real he will know that he is not getting any unless it's on your terms. and if he bails you will know that he only has one thing on his mind,
be careful some men will do anything to get some

In my experience that would mean he likes you for more then just sex. However some men will do things like that to get in your pants. I would ask him what his true feelings are for you. Good luck sweet heart.
