This sounds far fetched but how about crisco? Put that on with a pair of socks overnight. Vaseline is good too. But you have to keep it up every night to get the soft feet.

Personally use a product called bag balm, can be found at most walmart's in the pet care area, sounds weird but really works. Can also be used on cuts, bites, and any number of other little things. Use a mix of 1 can cheap table salt and 1/2 cup of water to really thoroughly scrub my feet (gets rid of the callouses and rough spots, for the most part) and then put on a layer of the bag balm, thick socks, and go to bed, works great for me. Old b/f used it when he had a pipe dropped on his arm that required 47 stitches, 2 months later you could barely see the line, or where the stitches were.

Using Vaseline is very good. Just rub it in real good and put a sock over your feet. It will keep the moisture in and help the feet not to dry out. Grandmother has done this every night for over 45 yrs! Try it, you just might like it.

You can use vaseline and then put plastic bags on your feet and then cover them with socks. This will make you feet very soft. You could also use a pumice after you take the bags off if you want to get rid of that layer of dead dry skin.

Soak your feet in some warm soapy water, just your favorite
kind of soap, then cover them with Vaseline and put some white
cotton socks on. Sleep with them on and in the morning you
will be singing, oh what a beautiful morning, oh what a soft
pair of feet i have. Hope this works for you.

Believe it or not, Vaseline. Coat it on your feet, you don't have to do it very thick, before bed and put on some higher socks. When you wake up and take off your socks, shower to get everything off. It's amazing.
Hope that helps!!

Exfoliate your feet with a pumice in your bath, then mix vaseline and a little butter or body butter with really good healing lotion and smother your feet in it, put TONS on. Then, put a pair of socks on, and wear them to bed.

Lotion or vaseline smothered (and I mean smothered) on your feet with socks on overnight. Foot models use this technique and from experience I can say it works

Put a pair of clean socks in the dryer and let them get nice and warm. In the meantime, put vaseline (sounds gross, but it works) on your feet and then the warm socks. Keep them on overnight.
