Any advice on what to put in it....how you would tell someone to deal with these pressures teens face would be greatly appreciated.

I would provide facts in bullet form, some statistics, and list resources (websites, phone #'s, agencies). Teens probably don't have a good grasp of the resources in their community, and a list that they could keep would be helpful. Also, research the topic online and target 5-6 main items. Put some cool pictures/logos on it too. Good luck.

Use lots of color--teens will not read lengthy text. Give some support numbers that they can call. Reassure them that they are okay just the way they are--they do not have to change themselves to please other teens.
