I have used Printkey for about 10 years and couldn't do without it. Most people haven't heard about it. You can surround anything on page and save it, print it, send it. Sooooo neat. Also capture whole page or any part.

I used to use this piece of software called Snag-It at my old job, and I miss it. It makes it very easy to take screen shots and edit them. It's handy if your working on some technical documentation.
