No, but all the ingredients in a pie have souls, and they never die. Just change into other forms when eaten.

Only if you put your shoe in the filling mixture prior to putting the mixture into the pastry. Also it depends on whether your shoe was a good one or not. if it was you will probably realise that noone is going to eat a pie with a shoe in it and then you will feel like a twit and fish it out of the pie before you through it in the bin. otherwise it will just go in the bin. After that? I dont know.

If the pie has been good and tasty, the pie gets to chill out with Betty Crocker in Pie Heaven. If the pie has been bad and rather unpleasant to the taste buds, the pie has to be resold as the store brand for all of eternity. Duh.

only fruit pies have soul.. turkey or chicken pot pies are soulless, as is quiche.
Fruit pie never dies; it merely enters another paradigm, fulfilling its purpose in life as if fills your belly with its yummy delicious goodness. the soul of the pie is eternal.
