Pasta...spaghetti, ravioli, linguini...basically noodles w/ anything from vegetable-rich Rago, to my own prefered ingredience for stir-fry.
(stir-fry): browned (ground) chicken, sprinkle spices onto as it cooks (Marjoram, oregeno, garlic, soy sauce, ginger, thyme, & basil)
Fry up some vegies (bell peppers: green, red, orange, yellow; portobello mushrooms, zuccini...)
once done, mix in w/ the meat.
let it all cook into the meat. Then once the rice (or noodles) are cooked, poor them into the mixture, too.
Let it all cook together, stirring to mix it all in, and to keep anything from sticking to the pan.
After a few minutes, remove from heat and serve...all your basic food groups are in one spoonful :P

My favourite food is Penang-style 'char kway-teow' which is
Chinese fried noodles with bean sprouts, chili paste, shrimps,
chinese sausage sliced, egg and cockles in a Chinese wok
under a strong fire and fried to nicely brown when done.
It's so delicious to eat and the aroma is mouth-watering.
You should try it to know what I mean.
