and if you give a guy a note telling him how you feel about him and he doesnt exactly say anything to you about it after like 2 weeks but still talks to you about other things is this a bad sign?! does it mean that he doesn't like me or what?! i am totally confused! please help!!!!!

u can tell that a guy likes u by the way he looks at u,maybe the note was 2 soon,for him,hope every thing works out

Most likely he is just too embarrassed to bring it up. You may need to take the lead and actually talk to him about it. Maybe start off with asking him if he got your note.
