Hi Deb

It needs circulation in the area. Fresh blood is trying penetrate your finger and it cant. The best internal herb to use is cayenne pepper. It moves the blood like no other.

I would also use the hydrotherapy method to generate blood movement. I would start by getting a bucket of hot water (hot as you can take it) and an ice filled bucket of water. Just go back and forth with each bucket about a minute each. Do this 10 times or so. Do this 3-4 times a day for as long as it takes to heal.
You could use the shower for this method with the hot and cold water, but most people wont do that.

Best of health to you

Cheers

Could be from your elbow. Are you pressing on the back side of your elbow on your armrest when you drive? Over time, this will pinch your nerve and affect your forarm and left hand.

Maybe a pinched nerve. But you should go to your doctor just to be sure.

I know it sounds dumb but to you SCUBA dive?

Your symptoms sound like what happened to fingers on my left hand from coming up to quickly from too deep.....nitrogen narcosis or the bends.

Just a thought.

I would go and have it checked out...it could be a lot of things. I do know that MS sometimes starts out like that.
