The real problem is that any one of them can become an insurgent at any given moment. All it takes is for their government th make a decision, and it will tick off one group or another.

another uninformed question ... the definition of an insurgent is any iraqi that doesnt want the US in their country ... im sure they are everywhere ... the trick for the US is to use their own media against them to keep them killing each other and not focused on us ...
