i like this guy, but he likes this other girl. hes always telling her that he loves her, ect. wat do i do to make him like me?

You can't make him like you. Just be his friend, if it is meant to be then he will turn around. Watch how he treats this girl you may find that he is not the man of your dreams
But just be patient he or someone else will come along.
And don't sit around waiting for him to change his mind about you either. I did that when I was in highschool waited for two and half years for her to come around and I treated her like a quun and her boyfriends treated her like dirt and it still never happened.

Oh boy this a tough one..you might be banging yoyr head against a rock.. Ok here goes..find out what he is interested in, for instance sports, what team, find out everything about what interest him and open conversation when opportunity presents itself. good luck..

you can't. if a guy is fixed on another girl, you're best to just leave it alone. the only thing you're gonna do if you pursue this guy is get yourself hurt, or turn yourself into a booty call because you're basically saying that you'll do antying for him.

Convince him you have everything the other girl has and more, then he won't think of it as losing the girl but gaining you.
